You are using office network infrastructure which has been established by any network administrator, or you could be using a home network connection, configured with proxy settings. Chances are you might already be facing challenging issues to get connected to the internet if you don’t know about proxy settings and how to configure them in Mozilla Firefox (of course if you are using this particular browser). You will need to change some settings in your web browser.

Read this guide to configure Firefox web browser to go to the proxy server.

Step 1:- Open Mozilla Firefox

Step 2:- Click the Firefox menu button and open “Option menu”

Step 3:- In the Option box, click on “Advanced category” and select “Network” and then click on “Setting” option

Step 4:- This would open a new “Connection Settings” box, and then click to select “Manual proxy configuration” button.

Fill the proper configuration values after concerning with administrator in the HTTP Proxy field.

Step 5:- Click the “OK” button to save changes and then restart Mozilla Firefox.

This should resolve your issue. However, if you are still unable to connect the Internet, call the tech support guys for guidance.
